CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for a 24 hours in advance notice for any cancellations. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charge a 100% cancellation fee. ARRIVING LATE: Please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late. Guest have a 5 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your appointment time you will be required to pay a late fee of $10. After 10 minutes you will need to reschedule. (Arriving late without notifying us will be considered a No Show). NO SHOW: If you fail to notify us that you can’t make your appointment or cancel within the cancellation time. You will be considered a no show and will be charged 100% of your service. ( Multiple offenses will be banned from booking).
